Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Mike is focused on developing and executing key growth initiatives for the company including strategic partnerships and new product and channel relationships.
Before joining RK Squared, Mike was a Senior Leader with the nation’s largest clean energy company, Constellation. During his 12 years there, he managed the innovation and growth initiatives, partner relationships, and new channel development for the company’s energy products and services portfolio. Additionally, he led and managed several successful new business ventures focused on creating and scaling new revenue opportunities.
Mike has 20 years of business development experience with several leading national communications providers, including Sprint Nextel (now T-Mobile), Qwest (now CenturyLink), and MCI (now Verizon), as well as several start-up ventures. While at Sprint Nextel, he managed a national sales and support organization focused on implementing custom wireless network solutions for the company’s largest commercial and public-sector customers.
Mike is active in multiple community and civic initiatives. He was a founding board member of the Algonkian Youth Lacrosse Club (Loudoun County, VA), which currently serves over 600 girls and boys between the ages of 8-15 years old. Currently, he sits on the National Advisory Council for the Cade Museum for Creativity and Invention and is also an appointed Commissioner on the Loudoun County Communications Commission.
He received an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Joe is responsible for Operations and Finance. His range of expertise allows him to craft solutions based on his understanding of customers and their needs.
He has over 20 years of experience in the wireless industry spanning such disciplines as Sales and Business Development, Corporate Strategy, M&A, Program Management, and Operations and Finance. Prior to RK Squared, Joe held leadership positions at SOLiD, Nextel, Lucent Technologies, and AT&T.
Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Hitesh is responsible for all engineering and technical efforts.
Before joining RK Squared, Hitesh served as Vice President of Technical Sales at SOLiD, where he led sales engineering, design, and training for the Americas. He was also an RF Engineering Manager at Rizzo Consulting, Inc., a national wireless engineering firm.
Hitesh maintains 15+ years of experience in the wireless industry, including RF Engineering, Sales, and Operations. He brings multidimensional experience to understanding customer needs and optimizing technical processes. Moreover, he contributes industry-specific training and streamlines our order fulfillment process.
Sales and Business Development
As the sales and business development lead for RK Squared, Dennis is focused on developing new partnerships with enterprise clients, neutral host partners, and wireless operators.
Dennis’ experience includes 22 years of sales and business development in wireless communications. Prior to RK Squared he spent ten years at SOLiD as a Senior Vice President of Sales Americas, where his responsibilities included Enterprise, Carrier, Third Party, Integrator, and Distribution Sales. His wireless career began at Nextel in handset sales prior to moving into the network sales organization. Prior to Nextel, he worked at Pitney Bowes.
