An accomplished senior sales and operations leader with 15+ years of experience driving improvements in all aspects of wireless technology sales and operations, supporting organizations with complex systems and needs while driving sales results. My core strengths are in developing structure, process and programs to guide large organizations and lead sales teams to deliver on aggressive goals. I have acquired deep change management and transition leadership experience, and am able to break down complicated, long-term projects into actionable items.
In my current role as VP of Technical Sales, I direct the sales strategy, growth and technical sales team performance for a leading publicly traded cellular in-building and public safety infrastructure company. We enable indoor and outdoor cellular and public safety communications in well-known and challenging venues including hospitals, stadiums, government buildings, universities, airports and other high-profile sites. I began my career as an engineer and over the last 15 years have served as an IT Consultant, Director of Engineering, and VP roles in Operations and Sales, all which have guided me toward being a highly effective senior leader with a deep understanding of how strategy turns into action and how to ignite teams and company to deliver on goals.
